Hi, Just wanted to say that my Tunturi F530 semirecumbent exercise bike is
great. Very durable and comfortable and QUIET! (The only improvement I could
suggest would be that Tunturi clean up the instructions. Not quite accurate
for the model.)
Also want to say that I appreciated the service from Buychoice. Sales rep
spent lots of time answering my questions when I called. Pleasant and
professional and low-pressure. Thanks!

ordered my Aerobed on Tuesday, and had it delivered by Thursday. On top
of that, SHIPPING was FREE! I never had an experience that FREE turned
out to be the best. Usually, if it's free, it's usually of bad quality

I had to write regarding the customer service I have experienced with
Buychoice. It seems customer service is lacking everywhere you turn
days and I've decided that when I experience excellent customer service,
going to make sure everyone knows about it. I purchased two razor
through Buychoice and only received one from the manufacturer.
Tom Farrimond in your customer service department and his assistance in
matter has been extraordinary. He has returned my emails in an
amount of time and has kept me up to date on the whereabouts of my
purchase. Not only has he followed up on this in a timely manner, he
been very pleasant to work with. He isn't reading from a script in a
monotone voice as so many CSR's do. I appreciate the personalized
and will definitely shop through Buychoice again and will recommend
Buychoice to others.

Ron, I ordered two Steam Fast steamers one each for each of my daughters

left the office. I checked my office voice-mail over the weekend -- I
got your message, and as a result, I placed the order (details below).
I'm writing to you, in part, as a follow-up to our voice-mail
messages, so you know what happened. But mainly I wanted to say how
much I like BuyChoice.com!
I like having real people just a phone
call away. But more importantly, somehow, BuyChoice has cultivated a
feeling of trust. I trust BuyChoice. Some web sites list items as
"in stock" but when you call them on the phone, they say it is out of
stock. THAT's why I prefer placing the order with a person. More
Also, some sites seem to have web-based
ordering systems totally un-integrated with the rest of their
business. Which means that ordering via the web is SLOWER than
picking up the phone (but your message indicated that ordering via the
web is the FASTEST method (cool!) -- so that's what I did). And some
sites have a "no returns" policy, which means that if my new juicer
arrives broken, I have to send it to the manufacturer for repair!
BuyChoice, of course, suffers from NONE of these problems. In
addition, shopping on the BuyChoice site is a pleasure. And it works,
too! Which is more than some sites can say.
Oh, and I like that the
item ships direct from the manufacturer. Factory fresh, not seconds
or returns -- no middle-man! Lastly, I really appreciate getting the
package tracking number -- it lets me know that the product shipped,
plus it helps me arrange for someone to be home to receive it.
I had been putting off purchasing the juicer for lack of a trustworthy
place to buy it from. BuyChoice to the rescue!
Needless to say, I will shop at BuyChoice again.
And I will tell my
friends about BuyChoice -- a worry-free place to shop on the Internet.

I just wanted to let you know that despite some delays in receiving our Wunderkids Ken bed we are very pleased with the product and service. The quality of the bed is far superior to the bunk beds we have seen in stores in the DC area and the kids absolutely love the tent and slide features. The freight company (Daylight) had two very courteous delivery gentlemen. Your price on this very special bed was similar to a plain bunk bed of poor to medium quality from the local furniture stores.

BuyChoice.com had the highest price of all of the businesses that I shopped but by the time I added the S & H fees the others were all more expensive. It looks like other businesses mark their products down knowing that they can make it up in S & H. At one site S & H was 42% of the final price.

Great Store -- Outstanding customer service. I actually had a problem with my order. I ordered the wrong Jogging Stroller for my daughter.
