Canceling an Order
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it in My Account. When you select 'Track Your Order', a summary of your order will be displayed. If you elect to cancel an item, your credit card will be credited in full within 48-72 hours. For orders paid by cashiers check or money order, you will receive a refund check from BuyChoice within ten days.
If you choose to cancel your order with us, please do so quickly, most of our products are shipped within 24-72 hours. You MUST receive a confirmation of your cancellation either over the phone or by email for it to be "officially canceled" You WILL receive a confirmation of your cancellation if you have entered a valid email address on your order.
Because most of our items are shipped directly from the manufactuers we work with, even when an order is canceled it may be too far along in the picking and packing process to be canceled at the manufacturer. If you receive confirmation of your cancellation and 24-48 hours later and you receive the tracking, this is what has happened. The best course to take if this does occur is to refuse the delivery. Your account will be re-credited less shipping costs both ways and any restock fees associated upon confirmation of the item being received back into inventory.
If the package is left at your door, both UPS and FedEx must come back to retrieve the package as long as they are notified within 48 hours of delivery, please call them immediately for this service and have your tracking information available...shown on the label UPS 1-800-742-5877 or FedEx 1-800 GOFEDEX. Please also let us know this has been done for prompt credit back to your account.
You do need to have an account established to cancel an order online. BuyChoice reserves the right to cancel an order at anytime for reasons including, but not limited to, abusive behavior, limited ship area and/or the appearance of fraud. Your order will be canceled and you will be credited back in full. There are several advantages to having an account with BuyChoice, including:
