Features
Each Sophistikits dollhouse is now available with your choice of exterior wall finish. Choose either Smooth Plywood or Milled Plywood exterior walls. Our exclusive Milled finish has a 3/8" Clapboard profile milled directly into the surface of the plywood exterior walls. Milled walls provide the easiest and quickest way to assemble a dollhouse with clapboard siding because it's built-in and ready to paint.
Once the basic kit is built, the creative fun begins. Expand your home with the Sophistikits conservatory, room addition or front porch. If you purchased a Smooth Plywood Kit, you can finish the exterior with the custom finish of your choice or our especially designed Siding package. Each Siding pack features 1/8" thick, 1-1/2" tall, 3/8" Beaded Clapboard along with all the trim boards your will need.
- The Foxhall Manor is a palatial, eleven-room dollhouse kit that comes complete with a two-story front porch, curved balcony, all exterior doors, windows, decorative rails and trims, and architectural mouldings
- The kit also includes two beautiful skylights and a palladian dormer window for the center hall that keeps the third floor open and bright
- The Foxhall Manor has a magnificent 11-3/4"W x 19-3/4"H center hall which features two curved staircases and curved third-floor landing rails, and unique and luxurious feature
- The two front-opening bays are a full two stories in height and allow easy access to four of the eleven large interior rooms
